Pickup & Cancellation Policy

Important information about placing, changing, cancelling, and collecting pickup orders from Bobby's Market & Grill.

Pickup orders only

Orders placed through bobbysmarket.com are currently for in-store pickup only at Bobby's Market & Grill, 1300 NW 7th Ave, Boca Raton, FL 33486.

Delivery is not currently offered through this website.

Pickup ordering hours

Prepared-food pickup ordering is available during grill hours:

Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Sunday: Grill closed

The market itself remains open later than the grill. Online prepared-food orders cannot be placed outside the grill ordering window.

Payment

Online orders are currently offered with Pay at Counter. Payment is collected at the store when you pick up your order.

Please review your order total before submitting your order.

Order details and contact information

Please make sure your name, phone number, selected items, quantities, modifiers, and special instructions are correct before placing the order.

A valid phone number helps Bobby's contact you if there is a question about your order or an item is unavailable.

Changing an order

If you need to change an order after submitting it, please call Bobby's as soon as possible at 561-393-8595.

Changes may not be possible once the kitchen has already begun preparing the order.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Bobby's as soon as possible. Whether a cancellation can be accepted may depend on whether preparation has already started.

When a cancellation is processed in the ordering system, the order may be marked as Cancelled along with a cancellation reason.

Item availability

Menu availability can change during the day. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Bobby's may contact you to discuss a substitute, adjustment, or cancellation.

Order readiness

An order appearing as accepted does not necessarily mean it is ready for pickup. Please wait until the kitchen marks the order Ready for Pickup, or follow any instructions provided by the store.

Unclaimed orders

Please pick up your order within a reasonable time after it is prepared. Food quality and temperature may decline when prepared food is left waiting for an extended period.
